Zafiro started in 2017, as a result of a hotel project that emerged in 1998 with the seal of the Plomer family. The reorganization of said project and the generational change, opened a new scenario that has been growing exponentially thanks to the sisters Antonia and Maria Plomer.
Today, the brand has 12 establishments: 3 5-star hotels (Zafiro Palace collection) and 9 4-star hotels (Zafiro Hotels**** collection). Leading them are María and Antonia Plomer, who have been able to put their personal stamp on the company and achieve the consolidation of the chain thanks to their extensive experience in the sector.
